Steve Stradal provides nearly 15 years of commercial sales and leasing experience with a focus in tenant representation services.  Steve has assisted corporate clients with local as well as regional real estate requirements from multiple land site acquisitions in multiple states, build-to-suit office and warehouse as well as leases for office and industrial users.  Additional real estate strategies provided include analysis of relocation, renewal and expansion options for his clients.  Steve has been a licensed real estate agent in Missouri since 1988.

• Build-to-Suit site selection, acquisition and lease for 400 seat national call center
• 200 acre Land sale – asset disposition for NYSE listed entertainment corporation
• Site search for Fortune 100 requiring rural distribution facility with a sixty day occupancy schedule
• Confidential site search for a 300,000 sqft build-to-suit for consolidation of multiple office locations in metropolitan area
